with hazel eyes you smile at me
from 'cross the leather brown,
and i can't help but smile because
there's no one else around.
the sparkling look that's on your face
that no one else can see?
you're glowing and it's showing that
you're glad you're there with me.
i sense the way you're feeling and
i'm sharing in your glee,
it's like we're celebrating our
own private jubilee.
so with blue eyes yes with blue eyes
i gaze back 'cross the brown,
and lay my head upon your lap —
in happiness i drown.

i gaze across the brown

i am in love with this poem. thank you. <3
just don't show her the ones you've written about other girls. or tell her not to look.
{yes...sometimes i just make trouble}
why hide the past when it has played such an important part in forming who i am today?
